A double news post

It's a good day today Parental Guidance readers!

Today we are announcing two new things. Firstly, our forums are now up and running. You should be able to see them on the content bar to the right hand side of the site. Have a click on them and go wild. As usual, you can say whatever you want and we'll do our best not to censor it unless nasty legal people hit us with big things, but we won't take responsibility for anything you say. If you have any suggestions or ideas about the forums you can post something in the 'general' forum to let us know.

The other good bit of news is that we, Parental Guidance, are looking for writers for news, reviews and articles. All we want is one post a day, be it a review or a news piece or article. You can post more than that, but it isn't required to be part of the team. Nobody has to post on weekends or major national holidays like christmas day, but again you can post if you want. We have a pretty simple system and it will be easy to pick up.

If you are interested please send a small review or news article to parentalguidance@live.co.uk of about 100 words. You can go over that, but don't send us 2000 word essays as we won't have time to read it all. The article doesn't have to be current or modern (you can use something you wrote in 2002 if you want) but it does have to be written by you. Leave some contact details at the end of it. This isn't a professional job so you won't get paid but we will hand out review code when we can and we already have the support of EA, Activision, Take-Two, 2K Games, Microsoft and others.

If we like what we see we will contact you and take things further. It doesn't matter who you are or what you do, we just want competent writers.

Good luck!
